MAKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH DR PANDA

Making an appointment with Dr Panda is easy.  A GP or specialist referral is required.  Once this has been obtained, contact the rooms to make an appointment.  A confirmation appointment pack will be sent out which will include an appointment confirmation letter, patient details forms and a practice privacy policy.  Dr Panda's consultation fees are disclosed in the confirmation letter.

On the day, please bring along a copy of any recent blood tests or scans as well as a copy of your referral.  We look forward to hearing from you soon!
